XENO Collection – Return & Refund Policy

At Xeno Collection, we are committed to delivering luxury craftsmanship and timeless design. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a smooth return process.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging (including dust bags, tags, and boxes).
  • Must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Used or worn items
  • Items with damaged or missing packaging
  • Custom orders


Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at xenocollectionllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once approved, return the item within 5 days of receiving instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order is damaged or not as described, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is received and approved. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
